No images are within the Public Domain. Use of any image as the basis for artwork, illustration, or another photographic concept is a violation of copyright.
Marilyn Burton Photography vigorously protects copyright interests. In the event an infringement is discovered, you will be notified and invoiced at the minimum ten times the standard fee for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in US Federal Court.
